Size Customization

It can be customized according to the needs of customers and can be fine-tuned based on the existing size, or customized completely according to your requirements.

Existing Size Fine-Tuning: fine-tuning ensures a seamless fit within the device’s design, maximizing space utilization and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Customized completely: this involves designing a new form factor from scratch that aligns precisely with the customer’s requirements.

Display Effect

The display effect of a device, including parameters such as brightness, contrast, and color saturation, can be adjusted to meet specific requirements.

Brightness: the brightness level of a display determines the amount of light emitted by the screen. It can be adjusted to accommodate various lighting conditions or personal preferences.
Contrast: refers to the difference between the darkest and brightest areas of an image displayed on the screen.
Color Saturation: color saturation determines the intensity or vividness of colors displayed on the screen.

Touchscreen Customization

Touchscreen Customization， Touchscreen technology is increasingly being used in various applications.

We can customize different types of touch screens, including capacitive touchscreens (CTP) and resistive touchscreens (RTP), according to the customer.

CTP: are widely used due to their excellent responsiveness and multi-touch capabilities. Customization options include fine-tuning the touch sensitivity, adjusting the touch resolution, or implementing specialized touch gestures.
RTP: provides versatility and can be operated with fingers, styluses, or gloves. Customization options for RTP include adjusting the pressure required for touch recognition, calibrating touch accuracy, or integrating additional layers for enhanced durability or anti-glare properties.

Cable Customization

Cable customization plays a pivotal role in meeting the unique requirements of different applications. By offering tailored solutions for cable length, position, pinout, and connectors.

Length customization: allows providing cables that perfectly fit specific spatial constraints, eliminating the hassle of dealing with excess cable length or struggling with cables that are too short.
Position customization: enables design cables with connectors placed at specific locations along the cable length.
Pinout customization: allows configuring cables according to the specific pin requirements of the devices or systems they connect. This ensures compatibility and enables seamless communication between components.
Connector customization: ensures that cables seamlessly interface with the desired devices or systems.

Interface Customization

The type and pin configuration of interfaces for LCD displays are important aspects of customization.

Interface Type: suitable interface types are selected, such as LVDS, RGB, SPI, MIPI, eDP, or HDMI. Each interface type has its specific advantages and application ranges, and the selection is based on the application’s needs.
Interface Pin Configuration: this includes the pin assignment and arrangement for connecting the interface, ensuring compatibility with the customer’s system or device interface. Customizing the interface pin configuration enables seamless connection with other electronic components.
Signal Interface: during customization, the pin assignment and connection method of the signal interface are determined to ensure correct signal transmission and data communication.

Air/Optical Bonding optioanal

Air bonding: this method introduces a small air gap between the LCD panel and the cover glass, providing protection against dust, moisture, and other environmental factors. We provide customizable frame styles, colors, and materials to ensure that the air-bonding solution seamlessly integrates with your design aesthetic while delivering optimal functionality.
Optical bonding: this technique involves using a transparent adhesive to bond the LCD panel and cover glass together, eliminating the air gap. Optical bonding enhances display clarity, reduces reflections, and improves sunlight readability. Depending on your requirements, we can design optical bonding with full or partial adhesive coverage, allowing you to strike the right balance between performance, cost, and design considerations.
